Booking

Table bookings

Below are the instructions for booking a table at a gig, however door sales for members and non members are usually available subject to demand, but seating options may be limited. Door sales are required to be paid in cash.

Note a change in the booking of tables: Table numbers will be allocated on the day according to configuration of bookings received, so may not correspond with the table number on the booking form. You also may find yourself sharing a table. All bookings through Moshtix will have seats with backs.

The initial booking requires registration. As a user subsequent bookings are easier.

1. Go to Moshtix. Shows are organised in order by date. Click on your choice of event and select Buy Tickets.

2. The first thing you need to do is select a table, numbered 1 – 15. On the right side there is a box which reads Select; open the box and click on ‘1’. Note: Table numbers are allocated on the day according to the configuration of bookings received, so your actual table number may not correspond with the table number on the booking form.

3. Scroll down the page to buy tickets for your table; under the heading “select tickets (Max 8 per table)”. On the right-hand side there is a box which reads “Select”; click on this box and choose the number of tickets required for each type.

4. Scroll down and click “Buy Tickets” which is in the green box. This will take you to a page where (as a first time user) you will need to set up an account.

5. Under the box which reads “Password” in very small writing is a statement “Don’t have an account? Sign up here”; select “sign up here” This takes you to another page where you will be asked to enter details.

6. You will be required to enter your email; a password (that you make up) which needs to be at least 10 characters and include an upper-case letter, a lower case letter, a number and a special character such as ‘#’. Details needed are first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, country (you can scroll through the countries to find New Zealand), state (we are in Wellington) and a postcode. Then select ‘Gender”. While this seems to be a lot of data the site wants to confirm that you are a real person not a robot buying tickets for resale.

7. Once all your details are entered you can select ‘Continue’ and you will be sent an email which will allow you to activate your account.

8. You are then required to enter the names of the people at the table with you (for whom you have booked).

9. Finally you enter the payment details and a confirmation email will be sent, with tickets.

Note that the table number allocated at booking is not necessarily the table number assigned at the gig.
